Poolside Dip Variations
Give it some heat: Give the dip some spice by adding a diced jalapeno or serrano pepper.
Pump up the protein: Stir in a can of drained and rinsed black beans for an additional punch of protein.
Take it to the ocean: After combining all the ingredients, fold in 16 ounces of lump crab meat.
How to Store Poolside Dip
Because this dip contains dairy ingredients, it should not be left out for more than two hours. If you plan to serve it outside on a particularly warm day, place the dip bowl in a larger container filled with ice to keep it cool. Discard the dip if it has been sitting out for more than two hours. Otherwise, leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

How long does poolside dip last?
Leftover poolside dip lasts up to four days when stored properly in the fridge.
