Oven-Baked Sausages with Caramelised Onions

Ingredients
8–10 good-quality sausages (pork, beef, or your favourite type)Meat & Seafood

2 large onions, sliced

2–3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (optional but amazing for caramelising)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder (or 2 cloves minced)

Salt and black pepper
