Creamy garlic mushrooms and bacon recipeGarlic
Ingredients:
12 oz sliced mushrooms
4 cloves of garlic, minced
4 slices of bacon, diced
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add diced bacon. Cook until crispy.
Remove bacon from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and well combined.
Add bacon back to skillet and stir to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
