PreHeat oven at 300°Baked Goods
Use cheese slices of choice. (I used Black Diamond Cheddar and Old Cheddar slices)
Cut into squares.

Sprinkle with seasoning – if you choose.
I made plain, some with everything bagel seasoning and others with garlic/salt/pepper seasoning. Will try dill/garlic and cracked pepper next time.
