1 Can (10.5 oz) Cream of Cheddar Soup: (Or condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup). Cream of chicken or mushroom also works great if you prefer a different base flavor.Food

1/2 Cup Milk or Sour Cream: To thin out the condensed soup into a perfectly smooth sauce.

1.5 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese: Divided. Use half inside the noodle mix and save the rest for a thick, golden crust on top.

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder & Onion Powder: To punch up the flavor of the cheese sauce.

Optional Crunchy Topping: 1/2 cup of crushed Ritz crackers or Panko breadcrumbs tossed with a tablespoon of melted butter.
