Instructions:
1. Prep Ingredients

Rinse and slice all vegetables.

Pat the shrimp and steak strips dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.

Lightly season both the steak and shrimp with salt and black pepper.
2. Sear the Steak

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add 1 tbsp garlic butter and let it melt.

Sear the steak strips for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely browned. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp garlic butter.

Cook the shrimp for 2 minutes per side, until pink and slightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
4. Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add sesame oil to the skillet.

Toss in the broccoli and bell peppers, stir-frying for 3-4 minutes until crisp-tender and vibrant.
5. Combine & Finish

Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet.

Drizzle with soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and red pepper flakes.

Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 more minutes to let the flavors meld.
6. Serve

Plate over steamed jasmine or basmati rice.
