Ingredients (Serves 4):
1 lb (450 g) large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on optional)

2 ears of corn, cut into 8 pieces (4 pieces per ear)

12–16 baby potatoes, halved (or quartered if large)

12 oz (340 g) smoked sausage, sliced into thick coins

3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
