2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional for crunch)
Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (for serving)
