Orange Dreamsicle Salad recipe

Prepare the Mixture:
In a large saucepan, combine the orange Jell-O, instant vanilla pudding mix, and instant tapioca pudding mix.
Add the 4 cups of water to the saucepan and stir well to dissolve the mixes.
Cook the Mixture:
Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
Once it starts boiling, remove it from the heat.
Chill the Mixture:
Pour the cooked mixture into a large mixing bowl.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until the mixture is completely set and chilled.
Combine the Fruits:
After the mixture has set, gently fold in the drained mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. Be careful not to break the orange segments.

Add the Cool Whip:
Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until everything is well combined. Mix gently to keep the salad light and fluffy.
Chill Before Serving:
Refrigerate the salad for an additional 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve:
Serve the Orange Dreamsicle Salad chilled in a large bowl or individual serving dishes.
