No-Bake Cherry Cheesecake Cookie Layer Dessert

Nilla Wafer Minis (or regular) 5 mini bags (or 1 regular-size package)
Softened cream cheese 8 ounces
Sugar ⅓ cup
Cool Whip 8-ounce tub
Cherry preserves ½ cup
Cherry pie filling 1 can
Instructions
Line the bottom of a loaf pan with a layer of Nilla Wafers.
In a mixer, blend the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Mix in the Cool Whip until fully combined.
Gently spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the wafers.
Loosen the cherry preserves by stirring, then spoon them over the cheesecake layer and spread lightly.
Add another layer of Nilla Wafers on top.
Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the second wafer layer.
Finish by adding the cherry pie filling on top.
Refrigerate overnight so the layers can set and the flavors come together.
Serve chilled with a spoonful of whipped cream for an extra-special finish. Enjoy!Desserts
