Divine! I swear I can never stop at eating just 1 of these!

Ingredients
8 slices of thick white bread
1 cup of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup of powdered sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Butter for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
Place sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese mixture on four of the bread slices.
Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a generous amount of butter.
Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
Place the sandwiches in the skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly.
Cut the sandwiches in half, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
Variations & Tips
For a tropical twist, try adding sliced bananas or pineapple along with the strawberries. You can also experiment with different types of bread, like brioche or challah, for a richer flavor. If you’re a chocolate lover, add some chocolate chips to the cream cheese mixture. For a lighter version, use whole wheat bread and reduce the amount of sugar in the cream cheese filling.
