Crock Pot Pepper Steak

1️⃣ Prep & Layer

  • Place beef in the bottom of your crock pot.
  • Add sliced onions and bell peppers over the meat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce evenly over everything.

2️⃣ Slow Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and flavors are well blended.
  • Optional: Stir gently halfway through cooking.

3️⃣ Serve & Savor

  • Stir the mixture gently to combine.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
  • Serve hot over rice, noodles, or quinoa.
  • Pairs beautifully with steamed broccoli or a crisp salad.
