Crispy Homemade Spring Rolls

1.Prepare the filling:
•Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.
•Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
•Add cabbage, carrots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
•Season with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
•Let the mixture cool.
2.Fill the rolls:
•Place one spring roll wrapper on a flat surface.
•Add 1–2 tablespoons of filling near one corner.
•Fold the sides inward and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water or flour paste.
3.Fry the rolls:
•Heat oil in a deep pan.
•Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy.
•Drain on paper towels.
4.Serve:
•Serve hot with sweet chili sauce or soy sauce dip.
