Beat the base

Add pudding mix
Add the cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla extract, and milk.
Beat until thick and well combined.
Fold in whipped topping
Gently fold in the whipped topping until light and creamy.
Mix in extras
Stir in mini marshmallows and crushed pineapple if using.
Add cherries
Fold in most of the cherry pie filling, saving some for topping.
Chill
Refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let it set and flavors blend.
Serve
Top with remaining cherry pie filling before serving.
🍰 Tips
For a more “cheesecake” vibe, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top.
Want it richer? Use less milk (¾ cup) for a thicker texture.
