Can you freeze Apple-Rhubarb Bread?
Securely wrap and freeze cooled loaves in plastic wrap and foil. To use, thaw at room temperature.
Rhubarb
If using frozen rhubarb, measure rhubarb while still frozen, then thaw completely. Drain in a colander, but do not press liquid out.
