8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

2 tablespoons cornstarch

2 tablespoons water
