- In a pot, place the cup of water and bring to medium heat.
- Add the rosemary, cinnamon, grated avocado pit and ground coffee.
- Boil for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pot and let it rest until it is completely cold.
- Strain the mixture to remove any solid debris.
- In a clean container, mix this infusion with the cup of neutral shampoo.
- Pour into a bottle with a tight-fitting lid and shake well to integrate everything.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days, shaking before each use.
How is it applied?
- Use this shampoo like any other: apply it to damp hair, gently massaging the scalp.
- Leave on for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Use 2 to 3 times a week.
