Ingredients
3 cups cooked and shredded rotisserie chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of chicken soup
1 can (10.5 oz) of cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1 block (8 oz) of cream cheese
1 block (16 oz) of Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 can (10 oz) of mild Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1/2 cup chicken broth
4 tablespoons butter
3 green onions, chopped
8 ounces pasta of your choice
Preparation
Combine Ingredients in Slow Cooker: In your slow cooker, mix the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup, cream cheese, Velveeta cheese, Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, chicken broth, and butter.
Cook: Set your slow cooker to high and let the mixture cook for about 2 hours. Stir occasionally until the cheeses are completely melted and the mixture turns creamy.
