🐟 Classic Bouillabaisse
A rich, aromatic French seafood stew — perfect with crusty bread!
🥘 You’ll Need:
Olive oil, onion, leeks, garlic, saffron, bay leaf, orange zest, tomatoes, white wine, fish stock
Seafood: white fish, mussels/clams, shrimp/scallops
👨‍🍳 How To Make It:
  • Sauté onion, leeks & garlic in olive oil
  • Add saffron, bay leaf, zest, tomatoes, wine & stock — simmer 15 min
  • Add seafood, cook 5–7 min (till mussels open)
  • Season & garnish with parsley 🌿
